We are rating the condos that we recommend on a 5 point rating system.  It is very simple and unbiased.  Even if you are unfamiliar with Maui and the complexes that we have listed we know that you will be happy with any of our suggestions.  All condos are above average, but each guest has different priorities.  Please verify the photos on the owners website to make sure that the condos we recommend will exceed your standards. 

View:

One of the best panoramic and unobstructed view.  It doesn't get much better than this.  If the condo has a standard ocean view or partial ocean view it will be noted.

Renovation: 

This a complete renovation where no detail has been overlooked and it will suit the most discriminating taste.  In many instances the owners have opted for a tasteful remodel and the interior is comfortably redecorated.  This is noted, but it may be useful to see the pictures on the individual website to determine if the level of renovations will be suitable for your vacation.

Location in Complex:

We will try to give you an unbiased opinion on the location based on what we think is most desirable for each complex.

Quietness of Location: 

This is based on the amount of noise from cars and/or privacy of a location.

Floor of Condo:

An upper floor unit or penthouse condo.  A partial rating is a middle floor unit for buildings with more than 2 floors.
