To get the blank canvas, we started this renovation down at the studs.  The result is a fabulous remodel that rivals the best in the complex.  No expense was spared, but the final cost was over 1/2 of what other Owners have paid.  The master bedroom lanai was enclosed and the bathrooms has been redesigned for maximum functionality.  We removed all of the walls in the kitchen and added custom African mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.  The 5 pattern Travertine tile rounds out the elegance in this space.  The pictures speak for themselves!
