Who is Maui Condos 411?

We are vacation rental owners that are trying to maximize our exposure by networking with other owners that have quality condos.  We believe in the value of vacation rental by owners in a difficult economy.  Our family has built a reputation that spans 40 years in Hawaii.  My Grandfather, James Cawdrey, was a top contractor in the 1960's and 70's, shaping the landscape around the Islands.  In addition to projects on Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island he was the General Contractor (Cawdrey Mars General) for Polo Beach Club in Wailea. 

My own connection began in 2003 when I started as a pilot with Aloha Airlines.  As Maui Condo Owners we struggled to facilitate our renovations from the mainland.  We recognized the need for a trustworthy individual to oversee a remodel and coordinate sub-contractors without charging a premium.  My formal training allows me to pay attention to the details.  This will translate to an exceptional renovation within your budget!
