I want to thank you and express to you what an awesome job you did remodeling my condo.  My first guest after the remodel called to say how much they enjoyed the condo.  This guest gave me a five out of five stars review. The guest loved the décor, and the quality of everything that was remodeled.

In regards to the budget, I kept track of every dollar that was spent. And, at the end, every dollar was spent within budget.  As for the timeline, I am also happy that it was on time.  This was so crucial as I couldn’t afford to lose bookings that were already reserved.  It was definitely on time and on budget!

As for the remodeling process itself, the whole process was easy – basically, you made it easy.  Being on the mainland, it would be a nightmare for me to handle this remodel by myself.  Your numerous on-island contacts, experience working in Maui, and your knack for building positive relationships translated to this successful remodel.
